A New Way to Shop - with Boxed

Monday, January 9, 2017

Moms, I'm talking to you all on this one. Picture it with me: you need paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, maybe some granola bars for the littles and it is 14 degrees outside with the threat of snow. Do you really want to spend 30 minutes bundling the kids up, driving to the store, unloading them all, navigating a big cart around the grocery store while everyone in town is also there and then transport everything back home? Yeah, I didn't think so.

There is a new way to shop for those household items and you can do it from the comfort of your own home or even on the go. Allow me to introduce you to a company that I learned about a few months ago from my oh so wise aunt. BOXED.com

They call themselves Costco for Millennials, and even though I'm somehow classified as a Millennial (later we can get into a conversation about how that just doesn't make sense to me ), I think they should also brand themselves as Costco for Moms.

Boxed has a really cool app that is very user friendly. You just search for the items you need, add them to your cart, pay for it (they even save your payment info - don't tell my husband it's that easy!) and then all of those household goods get shipped straight to your door.

I love opening my door and seeing the huge box of goodies, knowing I didn't have to worry about making sure I had enough room in my car. I just pull the box inside our house and put everything away. I'm warm, my child is warm and we are fully stocked - without being stressed out.

Besides the easy to use app, I love that Boxed is similar to a warehouse store with the fact that they sell larger items BUT you don't ever have to leave your home to get your items (noticing a trend on why I think it's so great? - geez, you would think I'm a super introvert or something). Everything you order from them is in a larger quantity, so it will last you awhile. And the prices are great. Plus there is no membership fee and you are not locked into ordering every month. You order only when you want or need something.

They offer deals and money off all the time and often will include a surprise with your order. Who doesn't like that?!?!

Do you want to try Boxed and get $15 off your first order?
Well click this link and you can. I hope you fall in love with Boxed like I have.

Oh and one more thing:
They aren't just a company that is good for us Moms, they are doing some good for their employees too. I'll let the Today Show tell you about that. Check out this amazing story on Boxed and how they offer INCREDIBLE benefits for their employees.
