It's not alway...I agree with every single tip! It's not always the funnest or easiest to eat right and exercise but it's really the best thing for your body and like it or not. We really need to do it. The sodium thing is what stopped me from eating even low cal frozen entree's long ago. Yo...I second the recommendation for My Fitness Pal! You can use it online, or download the app for your phone, and it lets you track all of your nutrition and exercise. I've been using it since the beginning of June, and I've lost 24 pounds so far! For me, this was the best way to watch what I eat: ask the Lord what to eat, when to eat and how much. <br /><br />Also, once, the Lord suggested I do the most fun "backwards" fast ever. Instead of being paranoid about what I eat, I ate one food that I love each day--no matter the calories--and I could buy the treat. The point was to be happy with the food the Lord provided and enjoy food for the gift that it is. It was a wonderful week!
